MEDITATION

I am passionate about my spiritual practices which include mindfulness meditation, chanting and more. If you are looking to start a meditation/spiritual practice I offer spiritual coaching to help you create/develop your practice. Mindfulness meditation assists in the following ways: reduced stress, emotional balance, increased focus, reduced anxiety, increased creativity, increased memory, and reduced depression. I am drawn to the practices of Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, Ram Dass, Krishna Das, Jack Kornfield, Eckhart Tolle, Sharon Salzberg to name just a few. I was truly transformed by the 7 day silent retreat I attended in the mountains of Taos, New Mexico…one of my greatest experiences in my life.
